Shipping Policy
 

Our goal at Russell's Jewelers is to provide a wide selection of jewelry products 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time within 24 hours. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing deadlines are minimal.



Will charge a flat shipping fee for all orders regardless of the size of orders. Therefore the money you buy the more you will save on shipping.

All items are shipped UPS Ground:
Standard Ground – 3 to 7 business days. $10 flat fee.

For customers who may request a faster method:

$20 flat fee - 2nd Day Air –             2 business days.
$30 flat fee - Standard Overnight –  1 business day.
$30 flat fee - Canada/Puerto Rico –  1-2 business days.
$45 flat fee - International Priority – 1-3 business days.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen shipped with no signature required.
You can select the "signature required option" during the check out process.
A signature requirement fee of $4.00 will be added to your shipping cost.

Orders placed  before 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time will be process the same day.



Please carefully check both your Billing and Shipping addresses before finalizing an order.

Shipments that are undeliverable, wrong address or refused will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees. Customer must make arrangement with us to reship the package again. Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Customers refusing to accept their order for any reason will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
