We at Russell's Jewelers - Beverly Hills, CA. want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry
that you receive from us. If for whatever reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your jewelry within
30 days of date purchased. The jewelry must be returned in its original
condition for a refund or exchange. Engraved items, personalized items and
clearance sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. To return jewelry
to Russell's Jewelers,
please follow the steps below.
1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the your
returned
jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned
jewelry, and then charged for the replacement jewelry item. Be sure to include
the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your
daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a
refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show any signs of damage, wear or
alteration. Please note items that have been sized by us at the customers
request can not be returned since they have been altered.
2. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included
with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!

3. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your jewelry
item, box, pouch, any free gift and a copy of the
invoice.
4. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate
the type of processing. You may return or exchange any item except "Final
Clearance" items or custom engraved items for any reason, within 30 days of your
purchase. Please call us so we may issue you a RMA number for your returns or
exchanges.
5. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE. We recommend using
Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must
apply postage to the returned package.
6. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10
business days. Russell's Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of
return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment
within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item.
Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive
an email confirming that transaction.
7. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your
order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that
allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of
the original order.
8. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your
order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift
threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift,
we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift
offer.
